Бюлетень - це пристрій, який використовується для голосування на виборах, і може бути папірцем або маленьким кулькою, використовуваним під час таємного голосування. Спочатку це був маленький кулька, використовувана для запису рішень, прийнятих виборцями. Кожен виборчик використовує один виборчий бюлетень, а виборчі бюлетені не використовуються. У найпростіших виборах виборчий бюлетень може бути простим брухтом паперу, який кожен виборчик пише в ім'я кандидата, але урядові вибори використовують перед друком, щоб захистити таємницю голосів.
