Догляд за громадою
Догляд за Спільнотою - це британська політика щодо деінституціалізації, лікування та догляду за фізичними та розумово обмеженими особами в їхніх будинках, а не в установах. Інституційна допомога була метою широкомасштабної критики у 1960-х і 1970-х роках, але тільки до 1983 року уряд Маргарет Тетчер прийняла нову політику догляду після того, як Ревізійна комісія опублікувала звіт "Надання реальності громадськості", який окреслив переваги доміцірованного догляду. Незважаючи на те, що ця політика була віднесена до уряду Маргарет Тетчер у 1980-х роках, громадське піклування не було новою ідеєю. В якості політики це було близько з початку 1950-х років.
