Установчі збори
Установчим зборами є орган або збори представників, сформовані з метою складання або прийняття конституції. Як основний документ, що становить державу, конституція, як правило, не може бути змінена або змінена нормами законодавства країни; замість того, щоб створювати установчі збори, норми яких зазвичай встановлені в конституції.
