Даліт
Даліт - призначення для групи людей, які традиційно вважаються недоторканними. Даліти - це змішане населення, яке складається з численних соціальних груп з усієї Індії; вони говорять на різних мовах і практикують безліч релігій. Існує багато різних назв, запропонованих для визначення цієї групи людей, включаючи Панчами, і Аспушюю. У 2001 році частка населення Далітів становила 16,2 відсотка від загального населення Індії. Далітовське населення широко поширене серед індійських штатів та районів.
