П'ятий-восьмий або Відбірна половина є однією з позицій в футбольній команді регбі. Одягнений трикотаж № 6, цей гравець є одним з двох "півзахисників", у колі задньої лінії, партнерів скрип половину. Також відомий як стрижневий або другий приймач, у традиційній нападаючій задній грі п'яти восьмий отримає м'яч від свого партнера-півзахисника, який є "першим приймачем" м'яча від "манекен-половини" або Хокейер, що слідує за снасті.
