Лексикон
Формально, у мовознавстві, лексика - це інвентаризація лексем мови. Слово "лексикон" походить від грецького λεξικόν, чисельника λεξικός, що означає "або для слів". Лінгвістичні теорії загалом вважають, що мови людства складаються з двох частин: лексики, по суті, каталогу мовних слів; і граматика, система правил, яка дозволяє комбінувати ці слова до значущих речень.
