Нове партнерство для розвитку Африки - це програма економічного розвитку Африканського Союзу. НЕПАД була прийнята на 37-й сесії Асамблеї глав держав та урядів в липні 2001 року в Лусака, Замбія. Метою НЕПАД є забезпечення всеохоплюючого бачення та структури політики для прискорення економічного співробітництва та інтеграції між африканськими країнами.
