Schutzstaffel
"Schutzstaffel" (німецька вимова: (слухати), перекладена на ескадру захисту або оборонний корпус, скорочено SS або зі стилізованим "рум'янами" Арманен ") була головною напіввійськової організацією під Адольфом Гітлером та нацистською партією (NSDAP). В кінці 1920 р. Воно почалося як невелика, постійна охоронна одиниця, відома під назвою "Заал-Шутц" (Hall-Protection), що складається з волонтерів НСДАП з метою забезпечення безпеки нарад нацистських партій у Мюнхені.
