Вигнання
Вигнання є кримінальним правопорушенням щодо отримання грошей, майна або послуг від особи, суб'єкта господарювання чи установи через примус. Відмова від вчинення шкоди іноді евфемістично називається захистом. Вигнання, як правило, практикують організовані злочинні групи. Фактичне отримання грошей або майна не вимагається для вчинення злочину. Вигнання відрізняється від пограбування. У пограбуванні, будь то озброєний чи ні, правопорушник отримує майно від жертви шляхом негайного застосування сили або боячись, що ця сила буде негайно використана Вигнання, яке не обмежується лише взяттям майна, передбачає словесне або письмове втілення страху, що щось станеться з жертвою, якщо вони не виконають вимогу вимагача.
