Відкритий протест - це назва методу спілкування між професіоналами на біржі чи ф'ючерсній біржі. Це передбачає крик і використання ручних сигналів для передачі інформації в першу чергу про купівлю та продаж замовлень. Частина торгового майданчика, де це відбувається, називається ямою. На відкритому аукціоні аукціон, пропозиції та пропозиції повинні бути оформлені на відкритому ринку, що дає всім учасникам можливість конкурувати за замовлення з найкращою ціною.
