压力源是一种化学或生物制剂,环境条件,外部刺激或引起生物压力的事件。 触发压力反应的事件可能包括:▪环境压力因素▪日常压力事件▪生活变化▪工作场所压力因素▪化学应激源▪社会压力应激者在体内具有物理,化学和心理反应。 物理应激物对皮肤,骨骼,韧带,肌肉,肌肉和神经产生机械应力,导致组织变形,极端情况下是组织破坏。 化学应力也会产生与代谢和组织修复相关的生物力学反应。 身体压力源可能会产生疼痛并损害工作表现。 需要医疗护理的慢性疼痛和损伤可能是由极端的身体压力引起的,或者连续暴露之间的恢复时间不够。 压力者也可能会影响心理功能和表现。 A stressor is a chemical or biological agent, environmental condition, external stimulus or an event that causes stress to an organism. An event that triggers the stress response may include: ▪ environmental stressors ▪ daily stress events ▪ life changes ▪ workplace stressors ▪ chemical stressors ▪ social stressor Stressors have physical, chemical and mental responses inside of the body. Physical stressors produce mechanical stresses on skin, bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves that cause tissue deformation and in extreme cases tissue failure. Chemical stresses also produce biomechanical responses associated with metabolism and tissue repair. Physical stressors may produce pain and impair work performance. Chronic pain and impairment requiring medical attention may result from extreme physical stressors or if there is not sufficient recovery time between successive exposures. Stressors may also affect mental function and performance.
