甲状腺腺瘤甲状腺肿瘤是良性和恶性的，甲状腺腺瘤是最常见的腺瘤类型，病理上分为胚胎性腺瘤，胎儿腺瘤性，腺样腺瘤性腺瘤，腺样腺瘤，乳头状腺瘤。 腺瘤性腺瘤多为结节状，表面光滑，界限清楚，无周边粘连，无压痛。 结节是分离的或多个并且大小不同。 如果病人不痛，就没有不适感。 갑상샘선종 갑상샘종양에는 양성과 악성이 있는데 전자의 대부분을 차지하는 것이 갑상샘선종이고 병리조직학적으로 배아성선종, 태아성 선종, 소여포상 선종, 대여포상선종, 유두상선종 등으로 분류된다. 갑상샘선종은 대부분 결절상으로 표면평활, 경계가 뚜렷하고 주위와의 유착도 없으며 압통도 없다. 결절은 고립성 또는 다발성이고 크기도 다양하다. 환자에게 고통이 없는 한 방치해도 지장은 없는데 미용상, 또는 거대해져 압박증상을 나타내는 경우에는 적출한다.
