菌丝体真菌的一种基本形式。 菌丝体是菌丝，孢子展开成管状，菌丝体缠绕形成菌丝。 有营养菌丝（死菌根真菌）进入底物并调节营养和发育。 菌丝体并没有中间膜。 与生长在管状中的真菌菌丝体不同，在酵母如Kindida中存在假菌丝体（pseudomycelium，pesudohyphae）。 균사체 진균(眞菌)의 기본적 형태의 한가지. 포자가 관의 모양으로 뻗어서 갈라져 나간 것을 균사(hypha)라고 하며, 균사가 서로 얽혀서 집합된 것을 균사체 라고 한다. 기질(基質)에 침입하여 영양ㆍ발육을 조절하는 영양균사체(營養菌死體)가 있다. 균사에는 가운데 막이 있는 것과 없는 것이 있다. 또한 관의 모양으로 신장하는 진정균사(眞正菌糸)와는 달리, 킨디다속 등 효모균에서 볼 수 있는 가성균사(假性菌糸, pseudomycelium, pesudohyphae)가 있다.
