肠系膜肿瘤起源于肠系膜的肿瘤很少见。 恶性肿瘤包括内皮，广泛癌症和血管内皮，但其中大多数是继发性肿瘤。 临床上，可以看到出血性多发性以及多种类型（肿块）。 良性囊肿相对常见。 淋巴管瘤，血管瘤，畸胎瘤，脂肪瘤，平滑肌瘤和谱系。 尾部粘液瘤比较常见。 这被认为是阑尾和卵巢中的第一次出现。 장간막종양 장간막에 원발하는 종양은 드물다. 악성의 것으로는 내피종, 교양암(膠樣癌), 혈관내피종 등이 있으나, 대부분은 속발성의 종양이다. 임상적으로는 혈성의 복수를 볼 수 있음과 함께 다발성의 종류(腫瘤)가 인정된다. 양성의 것으로는 낭종(囊腫)이 비교적 많다. 림프관종, 혈관종, 기형종, 지방종, 근종, 선유종 등을 볼 수 있다. 가성점액종은 비교적 많이 볼 수 있다. 이것은 충수, 난소에 초발(初發)한다고 생각된다.
