Abtretung (Gesetz)
Eine Abtretung ist ein Begriff, der mit ähnlichen Bedeutungen im Gesetz der Verträge und im Recht der Immobilien verwendet wird. Hypotheken und Darlehensverträge sind relativ zuzuordnen, da die Pflichten des Pflegers relativ begrenzt sind; Andere Verträge, die persönliche Pflichten wie Rechtsbeistand beinhalten, sind nicht abtretbar. Das verwandte Konzept der Novation ist nicht Aufgabe; Anstatt nur die Rechte an eine andere Partei zuzuordnen, beinhaltet die Novation die Ersetzung der ursprünglichen Partei durch eine neue Partei oder die Ersetzung des ursprünglichen Vertrages durch einen neuen Vertrag.
