Electra
In der griechischen Mythologie war Electra die Tochter von König Agamemnon und Königin Clytemnestra und damit Prinzessin von Argos. Sie und ihr Bruder Orestes plotten Rache gegen ihre Mutter Clytemnestra und Stiefvater Aegisthus für den Mord an ihrem Vater, Agamemnon. Electra ist die Hauptfigur in zwei griechischen Tragödien, Electra von Sophokles und Electra von Euripides und hat andere Werke inspiriert. In der Psychologie wird auch der Electra-Komplex nach ihr benannt.
