Fibrinolysin
Fibrinolysin ist ein Enzym, das aus Plasma von Rinderursprung stammt oder aus Kulturen bestimmter Bakterien extrahiert wird. Es wird lokal nur und ausschließlich zusammen mit dem Enzym Desoxyribonuklease verwendet. Fibrinolysin und Desoxyribonuclease wirken als lytische Enzyme. Die Kombination ist als Salbe mit 1 BU Fibrinolysin und 666 BUs Desoxyribonuclease pro Gramm erhältlich. Fibrinolysin angreift und inaktiviert Fibrinmoleküle, die in unerwünschten Exsudaten auf der Oberfläche des menschlichen Körpers und auf der menschlichen Schleimhaut auftreten, z. B. in oberflächlichen Wunden und Verbrennungen, während Desoxyribonuklease die DNA zerstört und zerstört. Die Kombination der beiden Enzyme wirkt synergistisch auf nekrotisch, aber nicht auf lebendem Gewebe. Nach Angaben des Herstellers bietet die Salbe eine verbesserte Wundreinigung und beschleunigt den Heilungsprozess. Beide Enzyme werden aufgrund ihres sehr hohen Molekulargewichts und ihrer makromolekularen Struktur geringfügig in die systemische Zirkulation resorbiert. Die Aktivität beider Enzyme ist nach 24 Stunden fast vollständig erschöpft. Normalerweise ist es notwendig, die Anwendung alle 6 bis 8 Stunden zu wiederholen, bis die Heilung abgeschlossen ist.
