Isotretinoin, INN, /ˌaɪsoʊtrɨtɪnoʊ.ɨn/, zuerst als Accutane von Hoffmann-La Roche vermarktet, ist ein Medikament, das hauptsächlich zur Behandlung von zystischer Akne verwendet wird.
