Wortspiel
Das Wortspiel, auch Paronomasie genannt, ist eine Form des Wortspiels, die zwei oder mehr Bedeutungen vorschlägt, indem man mehrere Bedeutungen von Wörtern oder von ähnlich klingenden Worten für eine beabsichtigte humorvolle oder rhetorische Wirkung ausnutzt. Diese Unklarheiten können aus der absichtlichen Verwendung von homophoner, homographischer, metonymischer oder metaphorischer Sprache entstehen. Ein Wortspiel unterscheidet sich von einem Malapropismus dadurch, dass ein Malapropismus einen falschen Ausdruck verwendet, der auf einen anderen Ausdruck anspielt, aber ein Wortspiel verwendet einen korrekten Ausdruck, der auf einen anderen Ausdruck anspielt. Henri Bergson definierte ein Wortspiel als Satz oder Äußerung, in dem "derselbe Satz zwei unabhängige Bedeutungen zu bieten scheint, aber es ist nur ein Aussehen, in Wirklichkeit gibt es zwei verschiedene Sätze, die aus verschiedenen Wörtern bestehen, aber behaupten, eins und der zu sein Gleich, weil beide den gleichen Sound haben ". Wortspiele können als In-Witze oder idiomatische Konstruktionen betrachtet werden, da ihre Verwendung und Bedeutung ganz lokal für eine bestimmte Sprache und ihre Kultur sind. Zum Beispiel "Camping ist intensiv". Wortspiele werden verwendet, um Humor zu schaffen und benötigen manchmal ein großes Vokabular zu verstehen.
