Während dies nur das, was allgemein das Gesetz der meisten Gerichtsbarkeiten ist, neu formuliert, ist es doch klug, diese Sprache einzuschließen, um die Absicht der Parteien klar zu machen, dass nur unwichtige nicht-materielle Bestimmungen abgetrennt werden können.
