Tataren
Die Tataren, historisch Tataren, sind ein Umbrella Begriff für türkische Völker im Gebiet des ehemaligen russischen Reiches. Die Tataren waren die türkischsprachige Bevölkerung der Tartaren, die Länder, die von den Turco-Mongolischen Eliten aus dem 14. Jahrhundert bis zu den Eroberungen des russischen Reiches im 18. bis 19. Jahrhundert herrschten. In der frühen Neuzeit wurde zwischen den europäischen und asiatischen Tatarischen Territorien unterschieden, indem sie sich auf die Tartaren und die Tartaren des Tartars beziehen. Die größte Gruppe, die von den Russen "Tataren" genannt wurde, sind die Wolga-Tataren, die aus der Wolga-Region stammen, die aus diesem Grund oft auch als "Tataren" bekannt sind und ihre Sprache als tatarische Sprache. Ihre Zahl wird auf knapp 6 Millionen geschätzt. Neben den Wolga-Tataren gibt es noch kleinere Gruppen von türkischsprachigen Muslimen, die auch noch als "Tataren" bezeichnet wurden, wobei die größte Gruppe von ihnen die Krimtataren ist, die knapp eine halbe Million nummeriert, deren Krimtatarische Sprache jetzt nicht verständlich ist Wolga Tatar Sprache.
Definition von Tatar im Wörterbuch Englisch
Die erste Definition von Tatar im Wörterbuch ist ein Mitglied eines mongolischen Volkes, das unter Dschingis Khan einen großen und mächtigen Staat in Zentralasien vom 13. Jahrhundert bis 1552 eroberte. Andere Definition von Tatar ist ein Nachkomme dieses Volkes, jetzt in ganz Russland verstreut, lebt aber hauptsächlich in der Tatarischen Republik. Tatar ist auch eine der Sprachen, die von den heutigen Tataren gesprochen werden und zu verschiedenen Zweigen der türkischen Sprachenfamilie gehören, besonders Kazan Tatar.
