Definition von 암포테리신B im Wörterbuch Koreanisch
Amphotericin B polyenisches Antibiotikum. Es ist für Bakterien ungültig, hat aber ein breites antimikrobielles Wirkungsspektrum gegen Pilze. Es wirkt, indem es die Zellwandpermeabilität der Bakterien und die auslaufenden intrazellulären Komponenten verändert. Es gibt Toleranz und es gibt eine Kreuzresistenz zwischen Nystatin. Wegen der schlechten Absorption aus dem Verdauungstrakt wird es auf intensive Pilzinfektionen wie Candidiasis durch intravenöse Injektion angewendet. Die lokale Anwendung bei oberflächlichen Pilzinfektionen ist ebenfalls wirksam. Nebenwirkungen, Reizreaktionen sind groß und führen zu Nieren- oder Phlebitis. 암포테리신B 폴리엔계 항생물질. 세균에는 무효인데, 진균에 대해서 넓은 항균스펙트럼을 지닌다. 균의 세포벽 투과성을 변화하고 세포내 성분을 누출시킴으로써 작용한다. 내성이 나타나고 니스타틴과의 사이에 교차내성이 있다. 소화관으로부터의 흡수가 나쁘기때문에 정맥내 주사에 의해 칸디다증 등의 심재성(深在性) 진균감염증에 적용된다. 표재성(表在性) 진균감염증에 국소적용해도 효과가 있다. 부작용, 과민성 반응이 크고 신장애나 정맥염 등을 일으킨다.
