Kohortenstudie
Kohortenstudien beziehen sich auf eine Anteversion-Follow-up-Studie. Es ist eine Forschungsmethode, um die Beziehung zwischen Faktoren und Krankheitsauftreten zu untersuchen, indem sie die exponierten und unbelichteten Gruppen von spezifischen Faktoren verfolgen und den Einfall der untersuchten Krankheiten vergleichen. Es wird auch als Fakultialkontrollstudie bezeichnet. Enthält ein zeitliches Konzept als eine Art zu studieren, was die Konsequenzen verursacht. Der Vorteil ist, dass es möglich ist, das relative Risiko- und Attributionsrisiko direkt zu messen, objektiv, zufällig kann das Verhältnis zu anderen Krankheiten erfaßt und die zeitliche Beziehung bekannt werden. Eine Fehlklassifizierung der Krankheit oder Zeit und Kosten dauert jedoch sehr viel. Es dauert eine lange Zeit und das Thema wird wahrscheinlich fallen gelassen werden.
