Sorbitol
Sorbit ist eine Art von Hexa-Alkoholen, die durch die Verringerung des hexagonalen Zuckers, wie Glukose, erhalten werden, und gibt einen süßen Geschmack ähnlich dem Zucker. Di-Sorbit ist ein Lebensmittelzutat in der Republik Korea als zugelassenes Süßungsmittel. Es ist ein weißer Kristall mit Entflammbarkeit und Hygroskopizität. Er hat einen süßen Geschmack und ist in Wasser oder Alkohol löslich. Es ist in Saft von Äpfeln, Pfirsiche, Kosmetik-Lotion, Sahne, Zahnpasta, Lebensmittelzusatzstoff, synthetischer Rohstoff von Vitaminen, Süßungsmittel von Diabetikern, Diuretika. Der Schmelzpunkt ist 93 ~ 97,5 ℃. Die Formel ist CH2OH4CH2OH.
