Mufti
Mufti ist ein Gelehrter, eine Figur oder ein Posten, der in einem Staat oder Land anerkannt und bewundert wurde, besonders bei seinen eigenen Herren, um wichtige Entscheidungen über die Religion des Islam zu treffen, insbesondere die von der Öffentlichkeit geforderte Fatwa. Daher kann der Mufti als ein islamischer Religionsberater angesehen werden, der auch die Säule der islamischen Religion einer Nation oder eines Staates ist. Jeder Mufti hat normalerweise einen Ruf oder einen Spitznamen vor seinem Namen. Der immer verwendete Titel ist "Sahibus Samahah", was "Toleranz" bedeutet. Dies liegt daran, dass Mufti dafür bekannt ist, dass er mit der Person gleichgesetzt wird, die für die Ausstellung einer Fatwa verantwortlich ist. Und alle ausgegebenen Fatwas basieren auf dem Korangesetz, dem Propheten Hadith, Qiyas und Ijmak Ulama. Die meisten Fälle, die heute menschliche, indigene und religiöse Beziehungen betreffen, sind schwer zu lösen, da Fälle erst in dieser letzten Zeit auftreten und natürlich muss jeder Mufti eine genaue Einschätzung und Toleranz gegenüber jedem Gesetz, das gemäß Umwelt und aktuelle Situation.
