Aminoplaste - ist eine Gruppe von synthetischen duroplastischen Materialien, die durch Polykondensation von Aminoverbindungen, zB Harnstoff, Melamin, Anilin, Dicyandiamid, hauptsächlich mit Formaldehyd hergestellt werden. Die Kondensation wird im allgemeinen in Gegenwart von sauren Katalysatoren wie Mineralsäuren, Oxalsäure, Weinsäure und dgl. Durchgeführt. Aminoplaste können gut ausgefällt werden. Sie sind beständig gegen Alkohole, Ether, Benzin, Benzol, pflanzliche Fette und Öle. Ampoplastische Produkte zeichnen sich aus durch: Härte, Steifigkeit, Beständigkeit gegen Wasser und Lösungsmittel. Sie haben eine Wärmebeständigkeit von bis zu 100 - 120 ° C. Sie sind geruchlos, farblos und haben die Fähigkeit einer beliebigen Färbung. Powstają na bazie żywic mocznikowych i melaminowych. Cząsteczki aminoplastów połączone są mostkami metylenowymi i dimetylenoeterowymi. Kondensację prowadzi się na ogół w obecności katalizatorów kwaśnych, jak kwasy mineralne, kwas szczawiowy, kwas winowy itp. Aminoplasty można dokładnie odbarwić. Są odporne na działanie alkoholi, eteru, benzyny, benzenu, tłuszczów roślinnych i olejów. Wyroby z aminoplastów charakteryzują się: twardością, sztywnością, odpornością na działanie wody i rozpuszczalników. Posiadają odporność cieplną do 100 - 120 °C. Są bezwonne, bezbarwne, oraz posiadają możliwość dowolnego barwienia. Aminoplasty znajdują zastosowanie jako: ▪ żywica lana do wyrobu artykułów galanteryjnych ▪ z odpowiednią ilością wypełniaczy do sporządzania wyrobów formowanych....
