Hon ist ein Gipfel im westlichen Bieszczady-Gebirge in der Hohen Kluft im Landschaftspark Cieszyn-Wetlinski. Es ist eine uneingeschränkte Kulmination des Hauptkamms der Hohen Division im Südosten. Ein weiterer wichtiger Gipfel in diesem Grat ist Osina. Hon Türme über die Dörfer Majdan, wo der steilen Südhang, sowie Cisna, in die Richtung fällt, in der das Ende des Grates gesenkt wird. Diese Dörfer liegen im Solina-Tal, das den Südhang entwässert, während die nordöstlichen Hänge in das Tal des unbenannten Flusses fallen - der linke Nebenfluss von Solinki in Cisna. Es gibt einen roten Wanderweg namens Main Beskid Trail, der von Cisna, Hon und Volosan nach Chrysopa und dann nach Komańcza führt. Gipfel und Pisten mit Ausnahme von Gebieten unter 650-700 m. Nahe Cisna sind bewaldet und stellen keine Aussichten dar. Am Nordosthang, auf der Höhe von 663 m.ü.m., wurde 1986 eine Touristenherberge - Bacówka "Pod Honem" gegründet, neben der der touristische Pfad verläuft.

Hon – szczyt w Bieszczadach Zachodnich, w paśmie Wysokiego Działu, na terenie Ciśniańsko-Wetlińskiego Parku Krajobrazowego. Jest niewybitną kulminacją będącą zakończeniem głównego grzbietu Wysokiego Działu na południowym wschodzie. Następnym ważnym szczytem w tym grzbiecie jest Osina. Hon góruje nad miejscowościami Majdan, dokąd bezpośrednio opada stromy południowy stok, a także Cisną, w kierunku której obniża się końcowy odcinek grzbietu. Wsie te leżą w dolinie Solinki odwadniającej południowe zbocza, natomiast północno-wschodnie stoki opadają do doliny nienazwanego potoku – lewego dopływu Solinki w Cisnej. Przez wierzchołek wiedzie czerwony szlak pieszy zwany Głównym Szlakiem Beskidzkim, prowadzący na tym odcinku z Cisnej, przez Hon i Wołosań na Chryszczatą, a następnie do Komańczy. Szczyt i stoki z wyjątkiem terenów położonych poniżej 650–700 m n.p.m. w pobliżu Cisnej są zalesione i nie przedstawiają walorów widokowych. Na północno-wschodnim stoku, na wysokości 663 m n.p.m., powstało w 1986 r. schronisko turystyczne – Bacówka „Pod Honem”, obok którego przebiega szlak turystyczny.
