Ms.
Ms. or Ms, pronounced mɪz with vocal "s" at the end, is an English form of address, preceded by the surname of a woman. The rarely used plural form of Ms. is Mses. Or MSS, unlike the traditional form of addressing Miss and Mrs./Mrs, it is not possible to see in this speech whether the woman addressed is married or not. This corresponds to the male addressing master, which likewise does not show this.
