The ringgit is the currency of Malaysia. It is divided into 100 sen. Unofficially, the ringgit is also known as the Malayan dollar. In addition to the Malaysian ringgit, the Brunei dollar is also referred to as ringgit in Malay. Der Ringgit ist die Währung von Malaysia. Er unterteilt sich in 100 Sen. Inoffiziell ist der Ringgit auch als malaiischer Dollar bekannt. Neben dem malaysischen Ringgit wird auf Malaiisch auch der Brunei-Dollar umgangssprachlich als Ringgit bezeichnet.
