बाँस का सार भाग जो
उसके जल जाने के बाद सफेद रंग के छोटे छोटे टुकड़ों के
रूप में पाया जाता है ।
विशेष—यह रंगपूर, सिलहट और मुरशिदाबाद में लंबी पोरवाले बाँसों की गाँठों मे से उनको जलाने पर निकलता है ।
इसे बसकपूर भी कहते हैं ।
