विशेष— छेने के साथ चावल की गोल लोई बनावे और उसमें
गड्ढ़ा करे । फिर इस लोई को थोड़ा घी में तलकर उसके
गड़ढे में खूब गाढ़ा दूध भर दे और गड्ढे का मुँह मैदे से बंद
कर दे । फिर इस दूध भरे हुए बडे़ को घी में तलकर चाशनी
में डाल दे । यह पकवान वायु, पित्त का नाशक, बलकारक,
शुक्रवर्धक और दृष्टिवर्धक होता है ।
