ही हाथ से मालखंभ पकड़ता है । खिलाड़ी का मुँह नीचे की ओर झुकता है और छाती उठी रहती है । एकहत्थी पीठ की
उड़ान=मालखंभ की एक एकरत जिसमें खिलाड़ी मालखंभ
को एक बगल में दबाकर दूसरा हाथ पीछे की ओर से ले
जाकर दोनों हाथ बाँधकर पीठ के बल उलटा उड़ता है और
उलटी सवारी बाँधता है ।
