और पापयुक्त चंद्रमा के साथ सूर्य युक्त हो तो यह योम माना
जाता है । द्वितिया, सप्तमी और द्वादशी तिथि में रवि, शनि
या मंगलवार के दिन यदि कृत्तिका, मृगशिरा, पुनर्वसु,
उत्तराषाढा़, धनिष्ठा और पूर्वाभाद्रपद में से कोई एक नक्षत्र
हो तो भी जारज योग होता है । इसके अतिरिक्त इन
अवस्ताओं में कुछ अपवाद भी है जिनकी उपस्थिति में जारज
योन होने पर भी बालक जारज नहीं माना जाता ।
