लकड़ी की एक प्रकार की गावदुमी,
लंबी और भारी मुगरी जिसका प्रायः जोड़ा होता है और
जिसका उपयोग व्यायाम के लिये किया जाता है । जोड़ी ।
विशेष— इसमें ऊपर की ओर पकड़ने के लिये पतली मुठिया होती
है और नीचे का भाग बहुत मोटा होता है । दोनों हाथों में
एक एक मुगदर लिया जाता है और बारी बारी से हर एक
मुगदर पीठ के पीछे से घुमाकर सामने लाते और उलटे वह
में ऊपर की ओर खड़ा करते हैं । इससे बाहुओं में बहुत बल
आता है ।
