विशेष— वेदांत परिभाषा में चार प्रकार के प्रलय कहे गए है—
नित्य़, प्राकृत, नैमित्तिक और आत्यंतिक । इनमें से सुषुप्पि को
नित्यप्रलय कहते है । जिस प्रकार प्रलयकाल में किसी कार्य
का बोध नहीं होता उसी प्रकार इस सुषुप्ति की अवस्था
में भी नहीं होता । यहा अवस्था प्रतिदिन होती हैँ ।
