इसमें सरलता से पचता है और पथ्य है । हलके, वातवर्धक
और तरल भोजनद्रव्य इसमें अपथ्य हैं ।
सुश्रुत के मत से माघ और फाल्गुन ही पतझड़ के महीने हैं, पर
अन्य अनेक वैद्यक ग्रंथों ने पूस और माघ को पतझड़ माना है । वैद्यक के अतिरिक्त सर्वत्र माघ और फाल्गुन ही पतझड़
माने गए हैं ।
