१. एक प्रकार का पेड़ जो अफगानिस्तान,

और दूसरे में नीले रंग के फूल लगते हैं । इसकी पत्तियों के
रस से आँख के अनेक रोग दूर होते हैं । वैद्यक में इसे उष्ण,
वीर्यवर्धक, शीतल, मधुर, स्निग्ध, लघु और विष, अपस्मार,
शूल, दृष्टिदोष, विषदोप, भूतोन्माद और त्रिदोष आदि का
नाशक माना है ।
