Pskov
Pskov (Pskov, Russian: Псков, example of latin transcription: Pskov, Estonian · Finnish: Pihkva, German: Pleskau, Polish: Psków) is a city of Russia. It is the capital city of Pskov State, one of Russia's religious centers such as the bishop and one of the most ancient capital of Russia. Kremlin and old townscapes are built along the Velikaya River and its tributary Pskov River. It is only 20 km east of the border between Estonia and Russia, and in the Middle Ages it enjoyed prosperity as one of the biggest cities in Russia with border defense and border trade.
