Beemster Kankaku 【Beemster Pollination Area】 "Beemster Polder" The oldest reclaimed land in the Netherlands, located 20 km north of Amsterdam. Construction started in 1609, completed in 1612. It is about 72 square kilometers in size and diverted from agricultural land to meadow because of salinity. It is known for the scenery which is partitioned by waterway running sideways and sideways. In 1999, it was registered as a World Heritage (Cultural heritage) as "Durofrom Marqueide De Beerstel (Beemster Reclaimed Land)". ベームステル‐かんたくち【ベームステル干拓地】 《Beemster Polder》アムステルダムの北約20キロメートルにあるオランダ最古の干拓地。1609年に着工、1612年に完成した。広さは約72平方キロメートルで、塩分が残ったため農地から牧草地に転用された。縦横に走る水路で区画された風景で知られる。1999年に「ドゥローフマーケライ‐デ‐ベームステル(ベームステル干拓地)」として世界遺産(文化遺産)に登録された。
