"Ivanovski skalni tsarkvi / Ивановски скални църкви" Rock churches such as the cathedrals and monasteries in the village Ivanovo in northern Bulgaria. About 20 kilometers south of Ruse, made by cutting through the cliffs on both banks of the tributary Luzenski Rom river of the Danube. Fresco paintings drawn from the 13th century to the 14th century are known as masterpieces of medieval Christian art in Eastern Europe. It was registered as a World Heritage (cultural heritage) in 1979. イバノボ‐がんくつきょうかいぐん【イバノボ岩窟教会群】 《Ivanovski skalni tsarkvi/Ивановски скални църкви》ブルガリア北部の村イバノボにある聖堂や修道院などの岩窟教会群。ルセの南約20キロメートル、ドナウ川の支流ルセンスキーロム川の両岸の断崖をくりぬいてつくったもの。13世紀から14世紀にかけて描かれたフレスコ画は、東ヨーロッパにおける中世キリスト教美術の傑作として知られる。1979年に世界遺産(文化遺産)に登録された。
