Kainji lake "In the western part of Nigeria, an artificial lake made by damming the Niger river. It was born in 1968 by the construction of Kainzimdam. Wild animals such as hippopotamus, hyena, and warthogs are inhabited in the lake and its surroundings, and it is designated as a national park. カインジ‐こ【カインジ湖】 《Kainji lake》ナイジェリア西部、ニジェール川をせき止めて造られた人造湖。1968年にカインジダム建造によって誕生。湖とその周辺部にはカバ、ハイエナ、イボイノシシなどの野生動物が生息し、国立公園に指定されている。
