けいざい‐センサス【経済センサス】 《センサス（census）は全数調査の意》経済構造統計を作成するために、総務省・経済産業省が共同で行う調査。5年ごとに実施される。全産業分野の経済活動の状況を同一時点で網羅的に把握するためのもので、「経済の国勢調査」ともいわれる。国内に存在する事業所や企業の捕捉を目的とする基礎調査と、売上や費用などの経理項目に重点をおく活動調査の二つがあり、個人経営の農林漁業や家事サービス業を除くすべての事業所・企業を対象に行われる。
