Bent Pyramid "Bent Pyramid" Egyptian, an ancient Egyptian royal town on the west bank of the Nile River (Necropolis), known as the pyramid in Dahshur. The founder of the Kingdom of the 4th Dynasty, King Sunehuru, the father of King Kufu, built. The length of one side of the foundation part is 188 meters, the height is about 105 meters (now the top part collapses and is about 97 meters). The name comes from the fact that the inclination changes in the middle. Along with the red pyramid, in 1979, it was registered as a World Heritage (cultural heritage) under the name "Memphis and its cemetery ruins, pyramid zone from Giza to Dahshur". Refraction pyramid of King Sneul. くっせつ‐ピラミッド【屈折ピラミッド】 《Bent Pyramid》エジプト、ナイル川下流西岸にある古代エジプトの王墓群(ネクロポリス)、ダハシュールにあるピラミッドの通称。古王国第4王朝の創始者でクフ王の父であるスネフル王が建設。基礎部分の一辺の長さ188メートル、高さ約105メートル(現在は頂上部が崩れて約97メートル)。名称は中ほどで傾きが変わることに由来する。赤いピラミッドとともに、1979年、「メンフィスとその墓地遺跡、ギザからダハシュールまでのピラミッド地帯」の名称で世界遺産(文化遺産)に登録された。スネフル王の屈折ピラミッド。
