Nylon
Nylon (Nylon) is a kind of polyamide synthetic fiber. It includes the world's first synthetic fiber nylon 6,6 (also 6,6-nylon etc.). In 1935, DuPont's Wallace Carothers in America successfully synthesized. Originally nylon is a trade name of Invista (Former Dupont Textile \u0026 Interior Co., Ltd.), but now it is established as a generic name for polyamide fiber (polymer in which monomers are condensed one after another by amide bond). Types include nylon 6, nylon 6, 6, nylon 4, 6, and the like. These figures are derived from the number of carbon atoms of the synthesis raw material.
