Gelsinsk
Gelsinsk is a city of the Russian Federation Nizhny and Novgorod State. I will face the Oka River. The population is 285,000 (2004). The name of the town is attributed to Belarusian-born Polish revolutionary Felix Gelsinski, who is known for establishing a secret police (Cheeker).
