Tintenpalast Building in the heart of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. Constructed as administrative capital in 1913 in the German-Southwest African period. It means "Palace of Ink" in German, it is derived from consuming a large amount of paper and ink in business. Currently it is used as a parliament for the National Assembly and the National Council. ティンテンパラスト【Tintenpalast】 ナミビアの首都ウィントフーク中心部にある建物。ドイツ領南西アフリカ時代の1913年に行政府として建造。ドイツ語で「インクの宮殿」を意味し、業務上大量の紙とインクを消費することに由来する。現在は国民議会と国民評議会の議事堂として利用されている。
