Burasa
Burasa or often called buras, is a kind of lobster that is made of cooked rice with coconut milk. This food is a popular food in South Sulawesi. It can be eaten with peanut butter, boiled egg or sambel haban, but for Bugis or Makassar people more often be Coto Makassar's food, Sop Konro, Pallubasa, Nasu cuisine or other foods that are used to change the function of kupat.
