Al Jazeera
Al Jazeera is an Arabic and English television station built in Doha, the capital of Qatar, and is now considered one of the most representative Arab countries. Al Jazeera is an Arabic word for "island", "peninsula" and usually refers to the Arabian Peninsula. At first, it was a satellite television that deals with Arabic news and current affairs, but now it has several professional channels. It is a Doha-based broadcast, also known as Al Jazeera and JSC. Owned by Al Jazeera Media Network, which Taniga invested. It was founded in 1996 by the King of Qatar, but it was not smooth from the beginning. The intention of the first Al Jazeera broadcast was to broadcast a number of dissenting opinions, including viewers' participation programs, which caused controversy among the Persian Gulf states. He was known for his interviews with Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda leadership at the time of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, as well as reports of massacres in Afghanistan and Iraq, presumed to have been committed by US troops.
