Agnoloti
Agoloti is a kind of ravioli made in the Province of Piedmont in Italy. Make the pasta dough flat, fold meat and vegetables in it. Agoloti is the plural of the Italian Agnello. It is presumed that it originated from 'Angelot', known as the inventor of the recipe. Another example is a variation of 'anellus', a word in the pasta that refers to the shape of a ring, according to The Word Origin Calendar 2009.
