Semi-split national law
The Semi-split National Law is the law of the People's Republic of China, aimed at reaffirming one China principle and preventing the independence of the Republic of Taiwan. This law was passed in the third session of the 10th National People's Congress held on March 14, 2005, with 2,896 votes, 0 votes against, 2 abstentions. It is called anti-sectarianism, but it is not a correct expression. The law stipulates that non - peaceful means can be taken by the forces supporting the independence of the Republic of Taiwan, which is calling within the Republic of China. The Act consists of 10 articles. Among the 10 articles, the contents of the representative articles are as follows. ▪ Article 6: China discusses some measures, such as mutual recognition of freedom of travel with Taiwan authorities and the promotion of education, economic cooperation, science and technology, culture, health and medical exchanges, and war on crime. ▪ Article 7: Peaceful reunification of China should be realized through mutual consultation and equal level of negotiation. ▪ Article 8: The Government of the People's Republic of China can take military action against the forces supporting Taiwan's independence.
